Job Title:
Long Haul Driver - Scottsbluff, Grand Island, Lincoln, Omaha and Denver

Job Summary:
Responsible for timely pick up and delivery of freight to customers while following correct documentation and safety procedures.

Job Specifications:
Daily –
- timely and safe pick up of freight
- safely operate equipment, complying with all procedures and guidelines (Federal Motor Carrier, NTC, etc.)
- complete mileage logbooks and appropriate paper work
- perform pre-trip inspections

Knowledge and Skills:
Requires basic knowledge of freight and delivery procedures, and truck operation.

Individual must possess solid to expert skills in truck driving, freight handling and operation and documentation procedures.

Individual must possess excellent initiative, customer service, accuracy and flexibility skills, while working within well defined parameters and practices dealing with freight delivery procedures.

Requires the ability to cooperate and work closely with management, co-workers and customers.

Requires Class A CDL, 2 years verifiable driving experience, and Hazmat endorsement, with the ability to lift 100 pounds.


Working Conditions:
Working conditions are consistent with normal outside sales environment, however could include occasional lifting requirements of approximately 20 pounds.




Job Title:
Line Haul Driver - Grand Island, Denver, Alliance

Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering less than truckload freight shipments from one terminal to another.

Job Specifications:
Daily – - inspect equipment (tractor/trailer) according to all (Federal Motor Vehicles, NTC, etc.) prescribed guidelines - report damaged equipment following company guidelines - transport freight via tractor/trailer from terminal to terminal following company policies and safety guidelines - move/prepare freight as needed for transportation

Knowledge and Skills:

Requires solid knowledge of tractor/trailer operation and freight hauling procedures.

Individual must possess excellent customer service, flexibility, initiative, prioritizing skills. These skills are utilized while working within flexible to rigid parameters dealing with company personnel, customers, dispatcher, and regulatory processes.

Requires Class A CDL, 2 years verifiable driving experience, and Hazmat endorsement, with the ability to lift 100 pounds.

Position would require a minimum 3 months on the job training to become proficient with all processes.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions are consistent with normal freight and delivery dock environment, including working in inclement weather.

Job Title:
City (Pickup and Delivery) Driver - Alliance, Grand Island, Lincoln, North Platte, Kansas City and Des Moines

Job Summary:
Responsible for timely pick up and delivery of freight to customers while following correct documentation and safety procedures.

Job Specifications:
Daily –
- unload and load trailers
- prepare freight for safe deliver
- load and secure freight to provide safe delivery on truck. 
- deliver freight to customers in an efficient, friendly manner
- fill out all documents associated with picking up and delivering freight following procedural, operational   and safety guide lines (Federal Motor Vehicles, NTC, etc.)
- maintain equipment
- pre-trip inspections

Knowledge and Skills:
Requires basic knowledge of office machines (copier, fax, and computer), freight dock and delivery procedures, and truck operation.

Individual must possess basic skills in office machine input, truck driving, freight handling, and delivery equipment (forklift, 2 wheel cart, etc.) operation and documentation procedures.

Individual must possess excellent initiative, customer service, accuracy and flexibility skills, while working within well defined parameters and practices dealing with freight delivery procedures.

Requires the ability to cooperate and work closely with management, co-workers and customers.

Job Title:
Executive Administrative Assistant / Project Manager - Omaha

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the management and delivery of Department Head company projects. This positions works directly with the President to ensure that the Department Heads is poised to meet the objectives and goals of each project, on time and on budget as well as ensure quality and integrity of the end result.

This applicant must be an enthusiastic problem solver and thrive on being engaged at all levels of a project. As the key point of contact for both the Department heads and the President this position plays a pivotal role in the success of the project.

Job Specifications:

  • Responsible for managing the project plans and working with Department heads to execute the plans.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of the Department Heads teams and ensure work is progressing as planned. Working with the Department Heads may actually involve all aspects of the functions of the project.
  • Manage Schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals.
  • Communicate the project status to the President on a regular basis; escalate issues as they arise accordingly via the proper channels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the project process, or project itself.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work with and support cross-functional Department heads.
  • Understanding of business and organizational structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear focus on task completion.
  • Extensive experience in all Microsoft programs.
  • Mobile and social media experience.
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed
